I found it hard to believe, but seems true, at least according to (what seems to be) the company's website, There it says that Wheizen makes diecast models for Greenlight, ERTL, Johnny Lightning, Tomica, and Norev... and they do indeed show some cars to prove that, and actually to many other brands.
Wheizen also puts up the image on the right, on their website, as the companies they've worked with.
For instance, they present the Ford Taurus in 1:24 scale. the Escape in 1:43 and the Explorer in 1:64 as their own.

Keeping it in 1:64, they show the Citroën C4 Picasso by Norev. And in 1:43, they list the Renault Clio by Universal Hobbies, and the Peugeot 207 by Bburago!
And also, Pokémon Tomica cars!
Interestingly, one of the pictures shown in the website, displays boxes marked "Runsun"... is this the same diecast manufacturer known under that name, or does Wheizen makes models for Runsun too?
You can also see models from Wheizen for Amercom (1:43, above), Mondo Motors (Pagani in 1:24 and 1:18) , Ertl (1:18), NASCAR models for Hot Wheels in small scale, some Tins Toys in 1:36, a couple models of the Italian 1:24 Quattroruote collection (link to an Italian website on the series) and one of the James Bond models by Eaglemoss, the Triumph Stag, among many others.
The website also gives some insight on the diecast making process. For instance, it says that "usually a set of mould will take you 3000 - 4000 USD , a complete car model need several sets of mould!".
All in all, I find it amazing that a single OEM producer can supply so many different brands, and seemingly most of the time they just make one or a couple models for each client.
