Some lovely photographs from old Singapore, displaying the abundance of taxis from British Motor and British Leyland. I liked these mostly for the Morris Marina you can see prominently on the first picture (although only from the rear).

And finally, the colour combination for these Singapore taxis, black with white roof, is also the one used to this day in Santiago, Chile; which makes these a kind of "what if", alternative history pictures.
Porque además la combinación de colores hace aún más directa la asociación con Santiago, siendo la misma que se usa aquí hasta el día de hoy. Una especie de historia alternativa es lo que veo en estas fotos.

But most cars on the three images are Farina saloons, which reminds me of the many many Peugeot 404 that served in the same role in Chile. The credit of the photos is on them, and I saw them on British Leyland Chronicles.
