Majorette Toyota Land Cruiser | New model or custom?

On addition to the Citroën 2CV from yesterday, Majorette Taiwan also posted this red Toyota Land Cruiser to their Instagram. I tend to believe is a custom model, but the plastic baseplate is not what this miniature had back in the day. Could it be a re-cast for a future new release? I can't recognize those wheels either.
