This is "Channel 3 Moscow", a really interesting US TV program from 1986, in which they show and discuss clips from Soviet television.

I hadn't really thought about it, but it wasn't easy for even for the American stations to get to see Russian TV (they say they had to devise a way to intercept a Soviet satellite), and even less of course for ordinary people.
Among the glimpses of Soviet life presented, there are cars! There is a long clip taken from some kind of presentation film for the new Zaporozhets, the modern front wheel drive ZAZ Tavria.
